Café- We will bring together the elements we believe in: seasonal, locally grown ingredients as able, flavorful & fresh food, and ethical trading practices to serve our community in an area where they can commune together. The cafe will serve breakfast, lunch and prepared meals-to-go for the evenings. We will serve a wide variety of drinks to include coffee, tea, kombucha, juices, soft drinks, and seltzers. We will apply for a liquor license to serve wine and beer only, but have the option for a full bar for special occasions as needed.
Bakery- We will continue to make our baked good products under our farm brand, Attwood Farm Kitchen, which was established over 1.5 years ago. We have a loyal customer base and wholesale accounts under this name where we sell pies, scones, bread, and a variety of additional baked goods made to order. We currently buy from Maine farms when able for many of our products, but do have to use suppliers for some produces.
